Winscp and webconsole

I have installed winscp and tried to connect to webconsole with provided hostname and userid & password

winscp always says" timedout". Could you please help?

It should work fine. The hostname should be e.cloudxlab.com.

I have used same hostname, it is accessible at home but not in organisation. Seems my organisation firewall is blocking winscp to connect to webconsole. Do you have any idea how to get it pass through the firewall? TIA.

Oh, probably your company has blocked sftp/ftp protocol on firewall.
