Web consoles are not working, please help us to solve them:

Hi @raviteja,

Please login using the web console specified under “My Lab” section. We autoscale the systems based on the load. So f.cloudxlab.com and g.cloudxlab.com may not be up depending on the load

Hi,
My web console is not working. it us giving a 504 gateway connection error. even logging from my labs (f.cloudxlab.com ) is not working. I unable to run any commands . can you please help in resolving the issue

Hi @pavan_kumar1,
Sorry for the inconvenience, some class was running which caused f.cloudxlab.com to slow down.
We have increased the memory of f.cloudxlab.com to same as e.cloudxlab.com. But while we were doing so, the machine had to be restarted and therefore there was a downtime.
