Since today morning, I am unable to view the videos uninterruptedly. There is too much of latency and delay whilst viewing them and that too on intermittent basis (PFA screenshot)

I see that you are trying to connect remotely via ssh.
Kindly connect via web-console, it is working perfectly with high response time and low latency.
Kindly find the screenshots below for the response time it is quit good.
