Unable to connect to CloudexLax local user via Tablaue

First time I was able to connect from Tableau to Cloudex Server via ODBC driver, but after that many times I tried to connect, It is showing that “Unable to connect to the server. Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database”.

I tried it many times but same error, only first time it worked.
Is there anything wrong I am doing or missing?

I too am having very hard time. Looks like they have remove the proper support for the driver.
