I am facing error to download scala-IDE. with this version. scala-SDK-4.6.1-vfinal-2.12-win32.win32.x86_64 (1)
I think the problem is my laptop is 32 bit.
Could you please please advise how to get scala IDE for 32 bit.

Yes the problem is your laptop is 32 bit and you have 64 bit Scala IDE.
