Hi,
The option “hive.mapred.mode”, which controls static/dynamic partitioning behavior in hive, is not available in the hive-site.xml file for the cluster.
I have checked the file in both of the following paths -
“/usr/hdp/current/hive-client/conf”.
“/usr/hdp/2.6.2.0-205/hive/conf”
Can you please look into this as this option is supposed to be present inside the said file.
