Notebook in the right hand side not coming-up

Hi,
I can see recorded video session in the left hand side but notebook session is not coming-up in the right hand side so i am unable to do exercise or submit answers. I tried to restart the server but “504 Gateway Timeout” appears in every attempt.

Hi Rakesh_Kumar,

Please re-login using incognito mode. At the same time do check your internet connection too. please share the screenshot if the issue still persists.

Hi Ankur,
Even using inconito mode also doesn’t help. Please refer the screenshot.
Internet connection is absolutely fine. Notebook was coming initially but later on it stopped working.

Hi Rakesh_Kumar,

If the right hand window (Playground) is not working for any reason right now, please try to use the lab environment separately. Go to My Lab and login to Jupyter from there. I am sure the issue is being looked after and will be resolved asap. Here a screenshot to just in case.

As you suggested, I tried lab environment separately but that also didn’t work for me.
