I am not able to login to any of the tools using the userid and password provided in my lab credentials page. I have extended my Lab session for six months in Nov 2017.
I am getting the following error in Hue.
Account deactivated. Please contact an administrator.
In web console, I get Login incorrect.
Can you please check and reset the password ASAP?
