Not able to login to jupyter - new user

I am not able to login to jupyter with provided credentials.
I am copy-pasting then to avoid possible typo but no luck. Please have a look.

Hi Sukanta,

Try logging in using incognito mode and see if it helps. And open the jupyter window in a different tab in case you face glitches with the right hand side code playground.

If your issue still persists, please send an email to reachus@cloudxlab.com with your username and your query/issue.

Do attach a screenshot of the error you are facing.

I tried with incognito , didn’t help either.
I have sent an email with screenshot.
