Not able to login to e.cloudxlab.com from winscp

I am not able to connect to e.cloudxlab.com from winscp.
Error Getting: Host Unavailable

Inputs:
host name used: e.cloudxlab.com,
File Protocols: SFTP
Port Number: 22

Can anyone please tell me if I am missing something. PFA screenshot.
