Not able to create spark context

I am getting below error from past 2 hours, was able to execute till morning 11

An error occurred while calling None.org.apache.spark.api.java.JavaSparkContext.
: java.net.ConnectException: Call From cxln4/10.142.1.4 to cxln1.c.thelab-240901.internal:8020 failed on connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; For more details see: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/ConnectionRefused

Hi, Viswa.
The error occurs where you are not able to connect to the server.
I request you to check the internet connection and open it is different browser.
If the error persist, please send me a screenshots or the error. I will like to further look into this.
