Not able to access File Browser in Hue

I am getting below error while accessing File browser in Hue.

Cannot access: /user/kthiruvee5017. The HDFS REST service is not available.

(‘Connection aborted.’, error(111, ‘Connection refused’))

We have restarted namenode.

It should work all fine now.
