I have created text file as told in course in hdfs. And able to see the file in jupyter notebooks also. But after submitting answer there is no changes in course.

Actually you are creating this file in your local user environment in Linux not in HDFS.
Did you save the content properly?
Kindly try again after deleting it, it should work.
