Lab Subscription Renewal - A clarification needed

Hi Cloud X Lab Team,

My lab subscription is coming to an end on 19th July, 2020. I want to renew & extend my subscription for access to the Lab portal.

However, there is one doubt… If I do make the payment now…would the renewal be counted from the date the payment is made or would the extension be effective from the date once the subscription to the lab ends???

For eg. my lab subscription ends on 19th July, so would my Lab subscription be effective from July 20, in case if the payment is made in advance (i.e. today or within 1 - 2 days) and thereafter VALID for next 3 months (Quarterly Plan) that would take into consideration 20th July as Lab Extension Date(i.e. from the date when the subscription ends) instead of the Payment Date??? Kindly clarify the same.

Yes, that’s right. The expiry date is added with the new numbers of days if the lab is not yet expired. If it is expired, the number of days is from “Payment Date”.

Once you make the payment, the lab days will be added to your current subscription.

The lab which you already have will be till July 19th (So it will be July 19th +next 90 days)
