Lab login is not working

Hello,

My lab is still in “active” status, but I couldn’t able to log in. it’s giving the error “Invalid username or password”. I sent an email to “reachus@cloudxlab.com” but not getting any responses. Can someone please fix this asap? I have only two days to complete the training.

I have reset the password from my end, please refresh the lab page to view the new password and try to login once again. Also, please type-in your password instead of copy pasting it since, at times, the copy pasting does not work in certain browsers, and as there is no way to view if the password has been typed it’s best to type in the password. Let me know if it worked.
