During middle of the course , Lab is not working …so I could not submit my answers . reached the chat support and have send numerous mail to the support , no response from them

If the righthand lab environment is not working, please try to use the standalone jupyter from My Labs from the dropdown menu.
If its still not working, try using incognito mode and login and see if it helps.
