Internal Server Error and denied permission in web console

getting permission denied error when logging into web console and 500 error in console in jupytr notebook…

whenever i click on any topic, the jupyter notebook on the side gives me this error,
i tried removing the cache from the browser and restarting the browser and all but nothing helped me through.
error in jupyter:

I’m also facing same issue as raj_paltanwale.

When I’m trying to open console or jupyter noteboook, It keeps loading for long and then getting this error page:

Please help me with this.
