How do I access Ranger and why does Ambari have 42 alerts?

Hi,

I’ve just logged into Ambari. I was told on chat that I could use Ranger but it doesnt appear to be available. I was sent this link

Also, the Ambari dashboard has 42 alerts how do we fix this
