Hive and HDFS not able to use

Hi,
Not able to create any directory in HDFS.Not able to copy or move file to HDFS.Unable to create external table in HIVE too.It is giving permission issue.Kindly help.
FAILED: Execution Error, return code 1 from org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.exec.DDLTask. MetaException(message:java.security.AccessControlException: Permission denied: user=qbinayakdash4677, acces
s=WRITE, inode="/":hdfs:hdfs:drwxr-xr-x

error:
mkdir: Permission denied: user=qbinayakdash4677, access=WRITE, inode="/data/practiceData":hdfs:hdfs:drwxr-xr-x

This kind of error I am getting always for any creation,copy etc.

Please created directory in your home directory i.e. /user/qbinayakdash4677

You can not create the directory inside /data because that is shared and thus read-only.
