HDFS commands giving error

Hi There,

when i run this command , hdfs dfs -ls

getting below error ,
ls: Call From ip-172-31-20-58.ec2.internal/172.31.20.58 to ip-172-31-53-48.ec2.internal:8020 failed on connection exception: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused; For more details see: http://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/ConnectionRefused
appreciate your help .

Hi @Deepak_T_S,

As you can find in Ambari, namenode host is ip-172-31-53-48.ec2.internal

Are you still facing this error? If yes, can you please give me more information on if you are executing any other command apart from hdfs dfs -ls
