I am unable to connect via web console (used Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge) or Putty SSH to e.cloudxlab.com. The connection is reset every 2-3 secs. Please help as I am unable to do my assignments or learn. When I click on submit answer I get an error.

This usually happens because of network connectivity being flaky or network firewall blocking certain types of connections.
In such cases you should try using different network - may be try using phone network by tethering.
Also, the Console is dropping connection too frequently, please try using the Terminal from the Jupyter notebook.
