Cant able to access file browser in HUE and also from command promt

Hi team
I am unable to access the file browser from HUE.
Its giving below error
Cannot access: /user/accessvignesh9151. The HDFS REST service is not available.
(‘Connection aborted.’, error(111, ‘Connection refused’))
