Cannot connect to web terminal

Hi Support team,

I recently enrolled to Hadoop and Spark course. In the lab session, i trying to connect web terminal. I’m using the username and password which have provided. Can you please look into the issue. I able to access HUE and Ambari. But i’m not able to access web terminal.
