Access Denied issue in PuTTY

Hello Everyone,

I have installed Putty from https://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/w64/putty.exe in my personal system with Win 10 64-bit OS. I am following the same steps as mentioned in support videos, but unable to login to PuTTY. Please help.

Below is the message I am seeing in terminal window:

Using username “XXXXXX”.
XXXXXX@g.cloudxlab.com’s password:
Access denied

Hi @Nagavenu_T,

I just checked your account and everything looks okay to me.

Can you please manually type in the password once and see if you are able to access it.

Please keep me updated with your progress.
