Where can I find Hadoop related JAR files?

I am unable to find hadoop related jars. please advise. Also let me know if any existing MapReduce programs available in Lab

You can find it using the command: find /usr/hdp/ -name '*.jar'|more

Hi Sandeep , i have taken your course of big data engineering , i have a issue in installing hadoop system in my windows 8.1 , i have installed all the necessary things but after writing command : hadoop version , it is showing me an error.
Please help me into this.

I am not sure if the setup on Windows would be that easy. I suggest you either of the following:

  1. Take a Cloudxlab subscription (you can try the free subscription)
  2. Try installing the virtual machine from HDP
  3. Create a cluster on AWS

Since you have taken the Course, 90 days lab subscription comes with it. So, nothing to worry about just go to “My Courses” and start the course. It will guide you thru entire Hadoop Hands on.
