What percentage I should finish to get eligible to get certificate

“You need to complete 60% of the course content with a project within 30 days in order to get the certificate from E&ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee.” -from the mail I recieved…

Is it enough to get certificate or should I complete fully to get certificate?
