Unable to select the database in Hive

I am unable to select my database which I have created in Hive using" Create database ;
When I am executing a query like " Use .It gets exected but not able to get inside the database name.

Plz Help.

Could you please let me know the database name with which you have created.

Kindly refresh the hue hive editor window. The database will be shown.

So, looks like the database got selected correctly but I guess if you were creating the tables using hue, you ended creating the tables in default database.

So, try using default database, you tables might be there.
