Unable to login mysql

Hi,

I am unable to login mysql with given credentials. It giving error ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock’ (2).
I think it’s firewall issue. can you open the firewall for my credentials.

Are you connecting to MySQL on your local machine or on CloudxLab’s web console?
