Unable to access the resource manager

in yarn-site.xml following configuration settings are given.

yarn.resourcemanager.webapp.address cxln2.c.thelab-240901.internal:8088

But I am unable to access the resource manager by using following address
cxln2.c.thelab-240901.internal:8088?

please help me how to access resource manager?

We have blocked the resource manager port for security reasons.

Please use Hue job browser to see status of your job.
