Starting Hbase REST Service

Hello ,

I wanted to start the hbase REST daemon , but unable to do it , due to permission issues.

Trying to run below command , but not working.

Can you pls. help urgently.

/usr/hdp/current/hbase-master/bin/hbase-daemon.sh start rest -p 8000

Please use the following command:

hbase rest start -p 4050

If the port 4050 is busy, please use any other port which is greater than 1024 because all of the port below 1024 are reserved for root.
