SQOOP Upgrade to 1.4.7

Hi Team,

Current version of sqoop in our lab is 1.4.6. can you please upgrade it to 1.4.7 (latest stable version). This is because --query and --as-parquet-file is supported only from 1.4.7.

We are going to upgrade our cluster in a few days and then all the versions will get updated.
