Practically I am not getting clarity about getting certificate

I have finished my course by 91% . As per the rule am eligible to get the certificate. Regarding that I asked twice in the same forum … In two times I got the same answer that " please send us email and our team will send you certificate" . NO more information is given in two times. To whom I should send email?

Why no clarity is given in giving the certificate sir?
