Older jupyter notebooks with the data files are missing in my folder

Hi Team,

Old jupyter notebooks with the data files are missing in my folder. Could you please help. I have written some code and that code is now gone.

Hi Jinesh,

If your lab account was inactive for more than 8 days then our bots delete the data of your home folder in HDFS and web console.

Hi Team,

Please at least respond for queries whether data can be recovered or not is all together is different question.

Not responding for 9 days definitely not a very good way of supporting customers.
