Not able to create database in sqoop

Hi All,

I have logged into the MYSQL web console by the credentials provided. However when i run the create database command. it is showing me the below error, please help.

create database vibhor1;
ERROR 1044 (42000): Access denied for user ‘sqoopuser’@’%’ to database ‘vibhor1’
