what should be the mininum laptop specifications for installing apache spark locally in windows 10?

Also , is running spark locally , very slow ?

Hi @asmita,

There are many blogs online which you can follow for minimum laptop specification.

If you are using just Spark (without Hadoop integration) for the learning purpose, then Spark on the local mode will work. You do not need a high-end laptop for the same. You can quickly download Spark binary on your laptop and try executing the examples.
