Mark as Complete button

I have completed topic of ‘Python Dictionaries and Tuples’ but it still shows incomplete as “Mark as Complete” button is not available on particular page

I cannot see any code you have written in Python.ipynb file.
May I know where you are writing your codes? I can see the “mark as complete button” and “Submit button” both.
Kindly send the screenshots of the same.
