Lab access was revoked

Hello,

My Lab access was revoked I am unable to access my data even though its last day but its has not even completed.

I thought to get extended today eod but you team already revoked access.

What to do now ???

Can you please let us know your CloudxLab username?

We keep data for 7 days after the lab subscription is expired so I will look into why you are not able to access data.

Hi, Abhinav,

Yesterday I had a talk with Sandeep he gave a couple of days extension to the account so that I can extend my account for one more month in order to have same credentials.
