Keras and tensor flow package installation issue in local

hi,
what can be the issue here?
Pls note that keras and tensor flow packages are both installed and checked for dependencies.

Please change the kernel to tensorflow 2.

Besides regular installation of tensor flow, what else needs to be done?

In the jupyter notebook that is opened at CloudxLab, Go to Kernel -> Change kernel -> tensorflow2
