How can a person delete the CloudxLab account and remove the user profile from the website so that it’s not visible publicly.

In order to make your CloudxLab profile private, go to your user profile, click on edit profile and choose the option “Make my profile private”.
Alternately, if you want to delete your account completely from the database, please write to us at reachus@cloudxlab.com. Our team will look into it and delete your account. However, your profile might still appear in Google for a while. Google crawls the pages and keeps the information with itself. So it may take up to few weeks for Google to not showing your profile. We don’t have any control over this.
