How to connect to cloudxlab cluster using an etl tool like Talend

Hi,

I want to create a simple dashboard using cloudxlab cluster. I want to do incrementally load data into Hive tables in the (cloudxlab cluster) using an ETL tool like Talend.

I have two questions:

  1. Is it possible to connect to the cloudxlab cluster remotely using an ETL tool like Putty.
  2. If yes, what will be the connection details? like

Hi @Rehan_mahmood,

We have port 10, 000 open for Hive Server. Please see if you can use the same port while connecting to Talend.

All the other ports are blocked for outside the lab access so you will not be able to access Talend in case it requires any other port than 10000.
