Hive Metastore tables Access

Hi,

I would like to access Hive Metastore tables. Hope it has been installed on Mysql. I would like to access the databases and tables which has been created in hive. please let me know how to do that. let us say i have created 100s of tables and i just want to know which are the tables have the particular column name etc.

Hi, I was able to find out those details after logging into MYsql. Guess you have created the metastore DB name as HIVE and i can see all Metadata tables which i was looking for.
