Github cloning is not happening

whenever i tried this command
git clone https://github.com/cloudxlab/mi.git

it is asking username and password.
My username and password are not working .
I have attached the below image

Its ml.git not mi.git

Can you help me to clone the files located on cloudx jupyter to my github repository named " rvalusa22/Machine-Learning"? I need to copy or transfer my files onto my git hub.

I am looking for command line to do this.
