Course completed a month ago, Certificate no received yet

Hi, Pls note that I have completed your Machine Learning Specialization - EICT, IITR some time ago and not yet received the certificate. I had mailed my concern to you as well. Kindly update on the matter.

Hi @utpal_dutta,

The team will update you on the email. Due to lockdown, the IITR campus is closed. The team will send you the certificate as soon as it will be generated from the IITR side. Please give us some time for the same.

Hi Team,
I have also completed my Course. but not able to find my certificate of complition. Neither under our Login account nor in our registered e-mail.
Kindly share your view where can i find my certificate.
