I have 100% completed the ML and AI for Managers course month and half ago however still haven’t received the completion certificate. I have raised this via email and chatbox however haven’t received any response. Has anyone faced similar issue and can guide how to deal with this?

I am having a similar experience. I completed 100% of the course within time. Sent multiple email reminders requesting for the certificate, but up to no avail!! Extremely disappointed!!
Did you login to account and click profile and see if that certificate is tagged? I tried and able to see mine
I checked and nothing is tagged!!

I completed my Artificial intelligence and deep learning self paced course , certificate link generated and shared by IIT but now the link is expired. It is putting a question mark on the Authenticity of the certificate. Ideally it should work lifetime , so that any one want to validate our course and use the link to validate. Need immediate support here pls.
