Can't access tensorboard url

when I try to access the url, it shows 'This site can’t be reached.
Not sure why. Can anyone help?

you are accessing the private IP. Please find the public IP of the host using the mapping given under my lab.

Can you please specify the ports in the range of 4040-4060? These ports are open.
