It is failed to upload big dataset on hadoop sys it said exceed 4gb actually i dont have files on hdfs, how to upload big data set for studying.

Could you please share the screenshot? Also maybe try to decrease the replication factor of your home folder in HDFS. Space quota in HDFS does act weird at times.
