Can I get reimbursement ! Please

I am Vijaya , who enrolled after seeing a countdown timer( ( It seems like a Timing M/c, It’s still running with same pop out text "70 % Offer :/) , which said that offer would end in 2 h , for which I had kept alarm and joined in a hurry burry , as I was worried the offer would end . even though , I knew I could not study for another 3 months . So once I joined , I requested through an email , whether I can pause the course for 30 days . Unfortunately , I was replied no.

So , Now , I am unable to study / concentrate due to my work load. I am willing to withdraw , so could you please reimburse my money.

Though we don’t usually pause a course once it is started, as an exception in your case, we will do it. Please send us an email ( reachus@cloudxlab.com ) with the details such as the email id you used to enroll, the number of days you would like to pause the course and the dates.
